President
Having been an independent insurance broker/agent for over 35 years, I have had the privilege and honor of servicing clients from PA, NY, NJ, CT and many other states in our nation. As President of Seide, Jonas and Cohen and now Cohen Partners LLC, my clients have ranged from retailers, wholesalers, professionals, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, personal accounts, and many more. Our staff is ready and able to handle a variety of risks to guide our clients to their most beneficial programs.
The diversity of our clientele makes my role as President, broker, financial consultant, risk manager, and liaison exciting and refreshing with ever account. In the beginning of 2013, I was honored to join the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Development Corp. It is exciting and energizing to be part of the economic growth of Montgomery County, and hope to contribute to the business development of this vibrant community. Among my extra activities, I am also pleased to be on the Board of Directors of the Voice Experience of Savannah, which honors the world-renowned Baritone Sherrill Milnes and brings Opera to a larger audience. I am also a member of the Richard Tucker Foundation which honors the legacy of Richard Tucker, opera Tenor. My wife and I are also pleased to be part of Friends Without a Border, March of Dimes, and The American Friends of Rabin Medical Center. My passions are as varied as possible, with a love for golf, ice-hockey, travel and music.
Commercial Lines Manager
Daniel is a Commercial Executive and Commercial Lines Manager of Cohen Partners, LLC and a licensed Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health insurance broker. He works with various industries and businesses to provide comprehensive property & casualty programs for all commercial insurance products. In addition to his expertise in commercial insurance programs and practices, Daniel specializes in cyber insurance products and cyber risk for tech and non-tech companies alike. He holds the Cyber COPE Insurance Certification (CCIC) from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Policy & Information Systems, and has presented at numerous cyber security, legal, and ethics seminars to promote knowledge of cyber insurance programs and education of underlying risk factors.
Commercial Lines Account Executive
Sonia is a Commercial Lines Account Executive at Cohen Partners, LLC with over 15 years of professional experience in Property and Casualty products and services.
She is a University graduate of City College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Liberal Arts and a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker.
When she is not working, she is very active in her church and community as a team leader for the youth department and member of BACA - Barbados Cancer Association USA.
Commercial Lines Account Executive
Jessica is a licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Broker with a speciality in Property & Casualty and Entertainment Insurance. She has 16+ years of experience with working with high-end profile celebrities, Broadway productions, various Films and TV shows, Special Events along with providing insurance for small businesses to construction projects. Jessica started working with Cohen Partners LLC in March 2020 right before Covid shut down NYC. With the skills that Jessica has acquired over the years, she has helped current and new clients to navigate during this difficult time and help them put their insurance worries at ease. By working along with the Commercial Lines Department Team, Jessica has been able to be there for our clients and make the insurance process easy for them.
Personal Lines Account Executive
Petia Guthrie has been in the financial services industry for 18+ years. Her career in retail & mortgage banking prepared her for the insurance industry. As an insurance broker, Petia excels at helping clients find the right kind of insurance for their personal needs. Her commitment to building positive relationships with her clients is the basis of her beliefs & her eagerness to protect people and their families only enhances her passion for insurance.
Petia joined Cohen Partners LLC in 2017 and quickly advanced handling personal, group life & health insurance and managing the licensing needs of Cohen Partners LLC.
Personal Lines Account Executive
Lysamarie has 9 years of insurance experience in both personal and commercial lines. Handling everything from customer service to marketing new and renewal accounts. I enjoy most helping clients navigate all their insurance needs and hold clients service to the highest regard.
Controller
Renuka was born and raised in New Delhi, India, where she also obtained her BA and MA degrees from Delhi University. From Delhi, Renuka moved to NYC in 1978, where she joined Frankel & Company as a Staff Accountant. Renuka joined Zapin Endlich & Lombardo as Controller in 1987 where she built out the finance and accounting functions for 11 years before joining Seide, Jonas and Cohen in 1998 as Controller. With Cohen Partners’ spin out of Seide, Jonas & Cohen in 2000, Renuka joined as the inaugural Controller, a position she continues to hold today. Renuka also maintains a very active printmaking practice and has shown her work at multiple galleries, the Queens Museum and had her first solo show in 2019 at the Manhattan Graphics Center in New York. Renuka is extremely proud to be a part of the Cohen Partners’ team and looks forward to continuing to work tirelessly on behalf of our customers.

Pamela Brenner is a licensed insurance broker with a broad range of experience in all lines of insurance. Ms. Brenner has 20 years of experience issuing the appropriate corporate, liability, life, health, automobile, homeowner, insurance for her customers as well as their families. Ms. Brenner has a unique prospective as an agent because of her prior experience as an underwriter and account executive. Pamela is extremely knowledgeable with regard to any product line and will provide competitive pricing while meeting your insurance needs. She treats each client with individualized attention creating and building long term relationships with her clients. Pamela has established herself as a premier broker and leader in her field.

Craig Isman is an independent insurance broker located in midtown Manhattan with over 20 years of insurance and financial services' experience. Through his affiliation with Cohen Partners LLC, Craig has access to many major commercial and personal carriers.
As an independent broker, he represents the client, not the insurance carrier.
